Item not received

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet the tracking status shows it's delivered. You’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at info@profishfinder.com

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@profishfinder.com

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We don't offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide the wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us then you will be responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product.

DELAYED

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 10 business days.

TRACKING AN ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
